We were there when they started out in the small, cozy Attic(a), badgered them to bring it back when they went on hiatus, and followed them all the way to Mondial. Now, they’re up at it again right where they started — the brand spanking new-ly renovated, ATTICA! See you all TONIGHT for more of your favorite funk and old school rhythm and rhyme. You know and we know that we at Commune MNL have always been advocates of community building. So when our boys from WIP threw out this idea to us, we knew we HAD to be in and make it happen. And what perfect timing to, LABOR DAY.
Feel free to join us this Labor day, May 1, 2010 from 10AM – 2PM. The build site is located at GK Tribu, Kalayaan Ave. Batasan Hills, Quezon City(right behind Commission on Audit that is along Commonwealth Ave.)
After some hardwork under the sun, we’ll be relocating to Commune (4:30PM~8PM) to relax with some drinks and open-up a 1 day pop-up shop for the MNL ‘rice’ cap. *From May 2 onward, the MNL caps will only be available through our website. Only 100 caps were made and will retail at Php1,500.
*Since parking might be limited, we’ve gotten suggestions that it will be better to park at Ever Gotesco Mall, Commonwealth (adjacent or near McDonalds) and carpool to the site.

So we tried the blackout sale last Wednesday just for kicks. Apparently, a lot inquired but most were too late. Too bad you guys weren’t able to see the notice beforehand. Well, right now, we are giving you heads up on this one….
It’s been scorching hot in Manila and temperatures rose to 37 degrees Celsius last Thursday! So we were thinking, if it’s this hot again, we will throw a 20% sale on selected tees, polos, shorts, caps, kicks, bags and accessories in the store. We might just give all ya’ll free lemonade also.
