The television is such a powerful medium. It has the capacity to influence people’s emotions and perspectives. Last Monday was too much of a hostage negotiation gone mad. People had their own take on why it happened and how it could be avoided. Tuesday was major….major, a good vibe to slowly recuperate from that dreaded situation we all witnessed on television the day before.

Hope comes in different things indeed, through humor….

and anything else for that matter. No doubt, we will rise from all this.

One thing’s for sure. Next time, let’s all come together. Chill. Remove all the ego and fix the situation. Pretty much applies to all things.

Last week’s recap starts with Play Tuesdays at it again at Attica, every Tuesday. So check out that sticky-icky from DJ’s Arbie Won and Mars Miranda on the 1’s and 2’s for tomorrow’s Play Tuesday.

And the week ended with us thinking of hooking up with Kirk Long for a shooting clinic. With most of his 22 points from beyond the arc in Ateneo’s win against La Salle yesterday, he might be the key to our big league dreams. Just in case we might need it in the future. Village league, pick-up games or what not. We try to give our best 110% of the time. Who knows, people might be watching.  Well, at least we all dream big right.

What’s good everyone! The blackout last Wednesday until it-depends-where-you-reside was like a long earth hour. Well, at least one way or another, we were all ONE in the fight against global warming, from Wednesday until it-depends-where-you-reside. Most importantly, let’s all stay safe especially since this is just 1/10 storms coming our way, according to reports. So yeah, STAY SAFE EVERYONE!

Also, Inception opened last Thursday. That was indeed the kick Hollywood needed. Dahumn, son. Christopher Nolan what’s up!
